STARKVILLE, Miss-Mississippi State remained in the top four of the College Football Playoff rankings that were released by the selection committee Tuesday night.

The No. 4 seeded Bulldogs, 9-1 overall and 5-1 in Southeastern Conference play, are one of four SEC teams in the top 10. MSU’s only loss was at the hands of No. 1 Alabama by a score of 25-20 on the road. The Bulldogs still get to face No. 8 Ole Miss in Oxford next weekend.
