We've told you several reasons on Live at 9 lately why sleep is so important.  Lack of sleep is now linked to possible problems with Alzheimer’s in women.  And we know the less we sleep, the more we're likely to weight.  Those are just a couple of problems with not getting enough rest.  But a better night's sleep could be really easy to get if you can just disconnect.  Dr. Robert Schriner is with the Sleep Disorders Center at Baptist.
