The Memphis City Council will debate what to do with a controversial statue of Confederate General Nathan Bedford Forrest.

It currently sits in a park in the medical district where the former KKK leader and his wife are buried.

Counclman Edmund Ford, Jr. was here with Councilman Berlin Boyd to talk about the debate.
