A new Gallup poll shows more Americans are delaying medical treatment because they can't afford it.

Many blame high deductible plans, bought through the health care exchange set up and the Affordable Care Act.

It's not just affecting low-income households, the middle class are also affected.

Dr. Cameron Kaplan with the UT Health Science Center joined us to talk about the issue.
