We’re in the middle of winter break, which means many college-age students are home for the holidays. For parents, it’s a good chance to check on your kids and gauge their emotional health. Grace McLaren is a counselor with First Responder Coaching.

Troop 13211 gives back

For more than 100 years, the Girl Scouts of America have been teaching leadership skills to young women across the nation. Recently a new  troop started up in Marshall County, Mississippi — and they’re already having a big impact on their community.
