The damage was located at the Presidential West Apartments on Hudgins. One tenant told WREG she returned home to some roof damage. She said she left to talk to the complex’s security guard about the problem, and when she came back, the damage was even worse. “I mean, I’m scared to go in,” she said. She believed her apartment was exposed to the ongoing rainfall. It was not immediately clear how many residents could possibly be displaced or what was being done to help them.
