TYLER, Texas — The third suspect in a brutal murder in Texas has been taken into custody.

A Texas town was shut down for several days as the search continued.

Stanton Pearce, Laurie Perry and Rebecca Bond were all wanted in the murder of Luis Martinez whose body was found burning near a cemetery.

The Dallas Morning News reports Pearce, who has an arson conviction from 1987, has been charged with murder.
