MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A man is now behind bars, accused of murdering a young woman at the Grace Heritage Apartments.
The shooting happened in October 2016 at the Grace Heritage Apartments on Monroe.
Joshua Fisher was originally a suspect in the homicide, but police were able to obtain warrants for his arrest after two witnesses told authorities they heard him confess to shooting 28-year-old Bria Issac.
Fisher was arrested on Tuesday and charged with first-degree murder.
Isaac was the 180th person to be killed in Memphis in 2016.
