Rep. Curry Todd Guilty On Gun & DUI Charges

(Nashville, TN) Tennessee State Representative Curry Todd has pleaded guilty to gun and drunk driving charges.

Rep. Todd, who is from Collierville was arrested in Nashville after he failed a  sobriety test in October 2011.

Rep. Todd was sentenced to 48 hours in jail for the drunk driving charge and a year probation for the gun charge.

A loaded gun was found in Todd’s car.

Last April, Todd announced he had incurable cancer but did not elaborate.
