COLLIERVILLE, Tenn. — The Collierville Police Department has identified the suspect and the victim in a fatal shooting that happened at an industrial park Friday night.

Police  say Henderson was sitting in his car while on his lunch break when he was approached by 21-year-old Tremaine York.

Henderson's family preferred not to speak with WREG on camera. But one family member said Henderson worked the night shift and normally made a call to his wife during every break.

Although Henderson had just started at the corporation about a month ago, they say he was training York before the suspect was fired.

Police say York is now facing first-degree murder charges without bond.

Henderson's family members also told us he leaves behind seven children. He had a big family and close friends.

They say he loved hard and was a peaceful person. They don't understand why someone would do this.

Many people took to Facebook to share there memories of him.

A message was posted on Facebook saying, "We graduated high school together. He was my brother and dear friend. I am at a loss for words."

Another post reads, 'I am at a loss for words. This is why we have to make it right with our family."

As police still try to piece together the motive behind Henderson' death, his family says they will be grieving for quite some time.
