MEMPHIS, Tenn. — One person was killed in a shooting Sunday afternoon in Hickory Hill.

Police were on the scene around 4 p.m. at the Boulevard Apartments complex in the 3900 block of Ravenoak Drive off Ridgeway Boulevard.

They found a male victim with a gunshot wound, who was pronounced dead at the scene.

Police said the shooter may have fled in a black Nissan, possibly an Altima. They asked anyone with tips to call Crime Stoppers at 528-CASH.

A black truck covered in bullet holes could be seen as it was towed away.

Neighbors said they heard about 10 shots. One man said he saw three men leave in a black Altima.

Charles Wilson said he was home only a few doors down from the shooting when he heard the gunshots.

“I came outside and there was three guys down here. One had his shirt off and he was telling somebody to go,” Wilson said.
