Olive Branch man sentenced to 50 years on child pornography charges

OLIVE BRANCH, Miss. — An Olive Branch man has been sentenced to 50 years in prison for making and distributing child pornography.

Stephen Lightman appeared before a judge on Monday. During the court session, the judge also said Lightman will serve a lifetime of supervised release and ordered him to pay $15,000 to the victims.

The 34-year-old was indicted back in June 2016 on two counts of production of child pornography, one count of possession of child pornography and one count of distribution of the materials.

He pleaded guilty to county one and four of the indictment: production and distribution of the materials.
