MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Antonio Davis, the man wanted for the murder of Lakeyel Hurd, was arrested at a motel on Rivergate Parkway in Goodlettsville.

The arrest happened Friday night.

According to Deputy US Marshal Seth Bruce, US Marshals Gulf Coast Regional Fugitive Task Force found out Davis was in that area and then shared the information with the Middle Tennessee Violent Offender Task Force.

Davis was arrested in the lobby of the motel without incident.

 The Gulf Coast Regional Fugitive Task Force is made up of Deputy US Marshals, Shelby County Sheriff Deputies, Tennessee Probation and Parole officers, and Memphis Police Officers.
