More consumers with credit cards are paying their bills on time.

A new report released today finds about 2.5% of bank-issued credit card accounts were delinquent in the last quarter of 2013.

That’s the lowest level since 1994.

Bankcard delinquencies fell throughout the year last year and analysts say that’s a sign more consumers are trying to pay down their debt.
