Mississippi governor gives updates as virus spreads in state legislature


MISSISSIPPI — Gov. Tate Reeves is set to provide updates about coronavirus Wednesday as a number of Mississippi legislators have tested positive for the virus.

Gov. Reeves’ press conference is set to begin at 2:30 p.m. and will be streamed on this post and on WREG’s Facebook page.

After at least eight state legislators tested positive, Gov. Reeves said he and his family all tested negative.
