Meteorologist was on air when Nashville tornado struck near station

NASHVILLE, Tenn. — A Tennessee meteorologist was on the air when a tornado made its way through the parking lot of his TV station.

WTVF’s Henry Rothenberg saw the tornado and started screaming for his colleague and photographer to get inside.

The storms that moved through Middle Tennessee overnight left multiple people dead and caused severe damage.
