(Memphis) Another Memphis Police officer has been arrested, this time in Mississippi.

According to the Mississippi Highway Patrol, Off-duty officer, 46-year-old Adrian Brown was arrested last Thursday.

Brown was stopped by MHP while traveling north in the southbound lane of Interstate-55 near mile Madison, Mississippi.

Brown was suspected of D.U.I. and refused to submit to a DUI test.

Brown was subsequently charged with driving on the wrong side of the road, DUI, and DUI Refusal.

Adrian Brown is currently assigned to Airways Station and has been relieved of duty, with pay, pending the outcome of the investigation.

He has been employed with the Memphis Police Department since August, 1998.
