Man wanted on capital murder charge turns himself in

MARIANNA, Ark. — Authorities in Marianna say a man wanted in connection to a recent murder has turned himself in.

Tyler Moody, 22, was charged with capital murder and aggravated robbery after Carlos Sanders was killed in the 200 block of Shelby Drive on December 9.

The 22-year-old along with James Brownlee and Clark Bailey, Jr. were arraigned Wednesday morning in St. Francis County.

Police said more arrests are possible but did not elaborate.
