According to court documents, Dunlap admitted to police to firing at the victim.

The victim didn’t suffer any injuries.

Shortly after the shooting, Dunlap allegedly left the scene in a black SUV, only to be found nine minutes later.

Police say he pleaded guilty earlier this year to theft. He is expected to make a court appearance Monday morning.

Visitors at the gas station Sunday said shootings are common in the area.

WREG found that in the past six months, a variety of crimes have taken place at that location including aggravated assaults, thefts and robberies and even a homicide.

Back in August, three people were shot and one man was killed. We’ve yet to hear any word from police on any arrests or a suspect.
