MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A woman is facing charges in two armed robbery cases involving a Binghampton Walgreens and a Hickory Hill Dollar Tree this week.

According to Memphis Police, Jurlanda Pugh entered the Walgreens in the 2400 block of Jackson Avenue on Thursday. Pugh reportedly approached the counter with a firearm and demanded money from the employee.

In fear for her life, the employee gave the suspect money from the cash register, police say. Pugh fled the business with the cash.

Records show that the employee identified Pugh in a lineup.

Pugh is also charged in an armed robbery of a Dollar Tree on South Perkins near Knight Arnold on Sunday.

Records state she came into the store with another woman who was not identified, and made a purchase. Police say Pugh, armed with a gun, allegedly told the clerk to put all her cash into a bag.

She got away with $301 in that case, police said.

Pugh was charged with Aggravated Robbery. She is set to appear in court Friday morning. She is being held on $175,000 bond.
