MEMPHIS, Tenn. — One person died due to cold weather conditions in Midtown on Friday morning.

Police say it happened around 8 a.m. in the 1400 block of Union Avenue.

The man was pronounced dead at the scene. Police said the cause of death was believed to be weather-related, but an autopsy will need to confirm that.
