MEMPHIS, Tenn. — One person is dead after a shooting in Hickory Hill Saturday night.

Officers responded to the shooting in the 4400 block of Valley Cove just before 10 p.m.

Memphis Police say the male victim was pronounced dead at the scene and a female was detained.
