MEMPHIS, Tenn. — One person is dead following a shooting in South Memphis Monday.
Officers responded to the shooting in the 1700 block of Kingsview Drive at 6:11 p.m.
Police say the victim was taken to Regional One in critical condition but did not survive his injuries.
The suspect, who police say is known to the victim, has been detained.
No further information has been released.
