MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A man is fighting for his life after a shooting in South Memphis on Friday.

Memphis Police responded to a shooting on the 1200 block of Cummings Street shortly before 5:30 p.m. A man was taken to Regional One Hospital in critical condition for treatment.

MPD said the suspect is known to the victim.
