MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A man was rushed to the hospital after a shooting in Frayser Tuesday afternoon.
Memphis Police say officers responded to the shooting in the 2000 block of Portland Avenue at 3:16 p.m. The victim was located and transported to Regional One in critical condition.
According to police, the suspects were occupying a black Infiniti, and one person has been detained.
