MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Memphis Police issued a City Watch for 18-year-old Cedric Perry Thursday afternoon.

Perry was last seen wearing a green and white jacket with blue sweatpants near I-40 and Hollywood.

Police say Perry’s family is concerned about his welfare.
