Job the Comfort Dog will hit the road this Sunday, making his way to Woodmore Elementary to be with families and friends who lost loved one last Monday during a tragic bus accident. Six small children were killed and dozens others injured when the bus they were in flipped during a crash. After the accident, three other dogs from across the country – Jewel, Ruthie and Luther- were immediately dispatched to the community. They spent hours spreading compassion to students and staff at Woodmore Elementary. When the dogs were asked to come back Monday, November 28, they asked Job and his handlers to help. Job is expected to return to Memphis sometime next week.
