HOT SPRINGS, Ark. — Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump will be in Democrat challenger Hillary Clinton’s former state as he addresses the state GOP dinner Friday in Hot Springs.
He will attend a fundraiser and dinner hosted by the Republican Party of Arkansas.
Representatives said they invited every Republican candidate for president, but Trump was the first to reply.
Tickets were selling for $75 to hear his speech.
Gov. Asa Hutchinson will also attend the event.
Trump recently made headlines Wednesday when his campaign announced his net worth is $10 billion, including earnings of $362 million in 2014.
The businessman recently climbed to number one in the polls in the Republican candidate race.
