East Memphis — Foul play has been ruled out following the discovery of a body Tuesday night in a pond at an office park near Poplar and Kirby.
Investigators say someone walking around the pond found the man’s body floating in the water.
Police have not released an identity, and an autopsy to determine the cause of death is underway.
