OLIVE BRANCH, Miss. -- Three Memphis men were arrested and charged with a home invasion in the Wesson Height subdivision in Olive Branch.

A 68-year-old woman was found in her home bound with duct tape, and a 78-year-old man had severe head injuries.

Both are deaf.

He was unconscious when discovered and had to go the hospital.

This happened Monday night around 10:40 in the 9800 block of Miranda Drive.

Police were initially called to the scene after neighbors saw a suspicious vehicle.

Olive Branch Police said 19-year-old Charles Gayles Jr. was found hiding in the attic.

Jeffrey Richardson, 20, and 16-year-old Charlontae Smith were arrested a short time later.

This isn't the first time the victims have been robbed.

On July 10, two of the same 3 suspects broke into the home by running through the closing garage door.

On Tuesday, all three were charged with attempted murder, aggravated assault, and home invasion.

They are each being held on a $1 million bond.
