Two victims found at hospital after Memphis shooting

MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Two people are in critical condition after a shooting Wednesday evening.

Memphis Police said two shooting victims went to St. Francis Hospital in Bartlett in a private vehicle. That's where officers found them.

The shooting happened earlier in the 7100 block of Tulip Trail, near Appling Farms Parkway.

A witness at the Tulip Trail scene said she heard about 40 gunshots. Police blocked the street.
