Furniture plant burns in Mississippi

ECRU, Miss. — Fire broke out Friday morning at the American Furniture plant in Ecru, south of New Albany.

CNN reported that the fire started about 7 in the morning. The warehouse contained about 50,000 pieces of furniture.

Everyone got out of the building safely, but one person was treated for smoke inhalation.

The cause of the fire was unknown Friday.
