Memphis-made documentary celebrates late Robert ‘Hollywood’ Raiford

MEMPHIS, Tenn. — He was a legend in Memphis and a fixture on the late night scene.

Robert "Hollywood" Raiford became world famous for the disco club her ran in downtown Memphis for more than 30 years.

Now, a new Memphis-made documentary celebrates his rise to success and premieres this week on what would have been Raiford's 76th birthday.

Filmmaker Anthony "Amp" Elmore stopped by to talk about the project.
