MEMPHIS, Tenn. — No matter where you look — Uptown, Downtown or Midtown — there are several exciting new projects in the works.

And the debate over who is going to be paying for them is heating up.

City Council members Kemp Conrad and Frank Colvett joined Marybeth Conley and Alex Coleman on Live at 9 to talk about the new projects and funding.
