MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Two individuals have been detained after a man was shot in the hand Wednesday afternoon.
Officers said they received the call from the 3800 block of Bald Eagle around 12:30 p.m.
The victim was discovered on the scene with a gunshot wound to the hand.
No condition was released.
