Missouri firefighter hit by bullet

FERGUSON, MO -– A firefighter was shot while working in a St. Louis suburb.

The Riverview Fire Protection District firefighter was treated for a graze wound to the head after being struck by a bullet Thursday night in Ferguson.

The wound is said to be non-life threatening according to KTVI.

Ferguson was the site of protests and rioting after the shooting of Michael Brown.
