Police: South Panola HS student brings gun to school

BATESVILLE, Miss. — A student at South Panola High School brought a gun to school, Batesville Police said.

Officials at South Panola High School found the student with the gun Wednesday afternoon on the ninth-grade campus.

Police took three students into custody.

No one was hurt.

Batesville Police are continuing to investigate and said more people could be arrested.
