MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Memphis Police officers say another person has lost their life.

Police say a woman called around 9 a.m. Monday saying her 18-year-old brother had been shot.

Police found the man dead in the 3000 block of Dumbeath.

Monterrio Coneay, 19, is in custody. He is charged with reckless homicide.

This is the 207th homicide of the year in Memphis.
