MEMPHIS, Tenn. -- Tevin Savage shared his passion for cars with his father, Frank.

"He just loved it. When I was going to the racetrack and racing cars, he always went with me," said Frank.

But it would be while doing something he loved -driving his SUV down the highway- that the 22-year-old's life would come to a tragic end.

"It was heartbreaking. I couldn`t believe it. I didn`t believe it," Frank told WREG.

Tevin was shot Saturday in an apparent road rage incident, driving down Highway 385 near Houston Levee.

"Who gets that upset in anything that happens on the road?"

It's the seventh road rage incident we've reported this year. In this case, all authorities have to go on is a picture snapped of the suspect's silver Corvette.

"He`s driving a little small SUV and the guy supposedly is driving a Corvette. It just don`t make sense."

On Monday, Frank was still trying to make sense of everything.

"He was a good-hearted person. He would do anything for you."
