SCSO will ticket people playing Pokemon Go while driving

SHELBY COUNTY, Tenn. — Drivers, keep your eyes on the road and off ‘Pokemon Go.’

That’s the message from the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office. Deputies say they will ticket anyone they catch playing the game behind the wheel.

They say over the weekend a distracted driver almost hit a young girl as she crossed a road at Shelby Farms.

Both were playing the game.
