MEMPHIS, Tenn. -- A Memphis man faces serious charges after investigators say he raped a teenage boy.

Zachary Murphree, 40, is being held without bail on six counts of aggravated rape.

An arrest affidavit said detectives found the victim, a 13-year-old boy, at Murphree's house on Gillham Drive Monday.

The boy told detectives Murphree and another man who the victim called "Bear" forced him to have sex with them several times.

The affidavit said the teen showed authorities text messages he said were from Murphree that included explicit photos of the man.

The messages encouraged the teen to leave his home and take an Uber, which Murphree set up.

The teen told detectives Murphree had numerous images of juveniles in sexual situations.

One of Murphree's neighbors said she was surprised to hear of the allegations. She said Murphree has always been nice to her.

"That's sad, you know. That's really sad," she told WREG.

The Shelby County Sheriff's Office is still working to identify the other suspect. It is also trying to determine if this could be a part of a child pornography ring.
