MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A suspect is behind bars for a May shooting that left a Fox Meadows man dead.

Police arrested 20-year-old Courtney Lindsey Monday night and charged him with first degree murder.

Police believe he was involved in the May 21st shooting death of Isiah Foulks near Knight Arnold & Hickory Hill Rd.

Police say Lindsey admitted he’d been at the scene and they found him with one of the weapons used in the crime.

According to the affidavit, Lindsey told detectives he wasn’t involved in the homicide but admitted that he gave the weapon to another person so he could “take care of some business.”

Lindsey is scheduled to make his first appearance in court on Tuesday.
