It's a resolution you all are set to vote on for tomorrow, residency requirements for city workers.

Memphis police have been outspoken about this, saying it would hurt the pool of applicants for the city.

Our own Interim Director Mike Rallings has been interim director since February when Toney Armstrong left the department.

He has a lot of community support and is a 26-year veteran of the force.
