Grassroots group demands action

A possible serial rapist could be connected to at least ten attacks over the last two years.

It's something Memphis Police say they're on top of, even after an attack earlier this week at another apartment complex in southeast Memphis.

Members of the new grassroots group called PERL (People for the Enforcement of Rape Laws) stopped by to talk about the recent string of crimes.
