Two indicted in 2015 Oakview murder, robbery

MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Two men accused of robbing and then murdering a man in August 2015 were indicted by a Grand Jury on Friday.

Antonio Robinson and Michael Wilson are both being held on a $5 million bond after they were charged with first-degree murder in the perpetration of a robbery, attempted first-degree murder, aggravated robbery, and employment of a firearm int he commission of a dangerous felony.

On August 18, 33-year-old Dyrell Sims was sitting on the porch of a home in the 900 block of Oakview with his friends when the duo allegedly walked up with guns drawn and demanded money.

The two opened fire and then took off, police say.

They were identified as suspects a month later.
