We're starting something new here on Live at 9: Each week we will take you live on location to a cool event or attraction here in the Mid-South.

Today we're live out at the Memphis Zoo with Angie Whitfield.

It sure doesn't feel like winter, but it kind of looks like it where you are!

The Memphis Zoo is helping take care of a couple of those reindeer.

You can see them when you visit throughout the holiday season.

But there's another new addition there, you might expect to see waddling around the North Pole.

We're live on location at the Zoo, where three penguin chicks have recently hatched!

Penguin keeper Rebecca Koller joins us now.

We think of penguins as cold weather cuties, but that's not always true!
