MEMPHIS, Tenn. -- A Memphis man is in jail for attacking a teenager.

This morning, Barrington Hunt is charged with two counts each of aggravated sexual battery, kidnapping and rape.

Police say on September 30, he forced a 17-year-old girl, who was walking to school on Lydgate Drive, into his SUV.

Police say she was taken to a house on Dorff Drive where she was assaulted.

Barrington, 22, is due in court Tuesday morning.

In a separate case, he is charged with statutory rape of a 14-year-old girl.

Prosecutors say in April of 2014 the girl met Hunt online and he lied and said he was 16 years old.

Police say Hunt picked the girl up from Whitehaven High school and took her to a vacant apartment where they had sex.

Nine months later, the girl gave birth to a child who matched Hunt's DNA.

Hunt is also charged with breaking into a home on San Bernardo in November of 2012.
