MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Memphis Police have put out an alert on a man who allegedly sold another stolen property.

According to police, a 2006 Ford F-250 was stolen at Wolfchase Galleria on Friday, September 18.

Just days later, another man saw the car listed as being for sale on Craigslist and set up a meeting with the presumed owner.

The two agreed on a price and the man paid for the truck.

It wasn’t until after the sale that the man was made aware that the truck had been stolen.

It was returned to the original owner, but now police need your help catching the crook.

If you know this man, you are urged to call CrimeStoppers at 528-CASH.
