Who doesn't love a good cocktail?

If it's your thing, what's better than a cocktail with a twist?

Madison Hotel bartender Chris Fairy works with Memphis-made Pyramid Vodka to create some great, signature cocktails, and he's here to demonstrate.

THE COCKTAILS:

Borderline

  • 2 ounces Pyramid Vodka
  • ¾ ounce fresh lime juice
  • ¾ ounce simple syrup
  • 3 slices fresh jalapeno

Muddle jalapeno with simple syrup and lime juice. Add vodka and shake with ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Black & Yellow

  • 2 ounces Pyramid Vodka
  • 4 1-inch pieces of fresh pineapple
  • 6 black peppercorns
  • Grapefruit soda

Muddle pineapple and peppercorns. Add vodka and shake with ice. Strain into a collins glass filled with fresh ice. Top with grapefruit soda and garnish with a pineapple wedge.

The Cardinal

  • 2 ounces Pyramid Vodka
  • ¾ ounce fresh lemon juice
  • ¾ ounce fresh grenadine
  • 1 dash orange bitters
  • 1 egg white

Dry shake all ingredients without ice to emulsify egg white. Add ice and shake hard. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with an orange peel.
