MEMPHIS, Tenn. - A Memphis man is behind bars accused of killing a man and then dismembering his body.

The body parts were discovered Saturday night at home in the 3800 block of Dunn.

Police arrested the owner of the home, Michael Wilson Jr., after a witness reported seeing a human head in a trash bag in the backyard.

Officers said when they arrived at Wilson's house they found the head outside and a decaying human corpse inside the home.

Investigators said they also found several tools that appeared to be used to dismember the body.

Wilson is been charged with second degree murder and abuse of a corpse and is being held on two million dollars bond.

Neighbors said Wilson is schizophrenic and has been off his medications for months.

They believe the person found dead inside the home is a man from the neighborhood who just moved in with Wilson a few days ago.

The identity of the victim has not been released.
